Rules and Regulations

Nobody likes rules, but to keep the Village a great place to live and to protect property values, we need a few. Truth is, we have more than a few, but they are important. As an owner or a tenant, you need to be familiar with the rules and regulations, as well as the covenants, conditions, and restrictions, known as CC&Rs. If you haven’t, make it a point to read through them. Links are below. Meanwhile, here are some important highlights:

  • Homeowners must park in their unit’s assigned garage spot(s). Guest Parking is reserved for short-term visitors. Violators are subject to fines and to having their vehicles towed.
  • Remodeling cannot start until plans are approved by the Architectural Committee. Construction is only allowed between 8:00 and 5:00, Monday through Friday.
  • Move-ins and move-outs must be scheduled in advance and completed during normal hours, Monday through Friday. After-hours and weekend moves may be arranged through the on-site manager. A $250 fine will be levied against violators.
  • Pets are limited to one dog or cat, no taller than 15” at the shoulder. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Fines will be assessed to residents who allow pets to urinate in hallways or damage common areas.
  • Rental agreements — including ones through services such as Airbnb and VRBO — must be at least 30 days in length.
  • Owners and landlords are required to provide a current Homeowner & Tenant Contact Information Form
  • Pool guests are limited to two per unit; hours and noise limits need to be respected.
