Ocean Club Apartments is a neighboring apartment community just to the north of Building 610. They have an agreement with The Village COA to allow Village residents to use their pool and gym facilities. Please contact our onsite manager to obtain details regarding the use of the facilities.

Streams:
There are streams at the south end of the property, between the townhomes, and another between Buildings 610 and 620.
The streams are populated by Koi fish.
Dog Walk
Location: On-Site at the West end of property. Please see Rules and Regulations regarding pets.
Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Two pails have been provided for pet waste. Please be respectful of your fellow residents.
