Washers and Dryers OK’d for Townhomes

The COA board on January 22, 2025 approved the use of washers and dryers in townhome buildings only. A prohibition of clothes washers and dryers in tower units remains in effect. Details on how to submit a request to install an in-unit laundry are included in the revised rules beginning on page 15. View them here.
